🎯 Purpose of Data Use

Used for personalized nutrition analysis, health report generation, and meal-based creative story writing (novels, poems, diaries).

                    ⚠️ Prior Consent Required: Before transmitting any data to AI services, the app clearly discloses what data is shared and who receives it, and obtains explicit user consent. No data is transmitted without consent.

                    ⚠️ Data sent to AI services is subject to those services' own privacy policies.

                    ⚠️ Users can revoke consent at any time in Settings > Advanced Data Management.

Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App uses third-party advertising services to support and maintain the service. Pro version users will not see ads and no ad-related data will be collected.

Ernährungsdaten und Fotos: Alle Ernährungsdaten (Fotos, Makronährstoffe) und Charakterentwicklungen (Nyam-i) werden nur lokal gespeichert.
Gesundheitstracker: Gewicht, Wasseraufnahme, Fastenzeiten etc. werden nur lokal auf dem Gerät gespeichert.
Werbe-ID (IDFA/AAID): Wird nur in der kostenlosen Version zur Anzeigenschaltung verwendet (On-Device, außer Pro).
Die App speichert von selbst keine sensiblen Gesundheitsdaten, die für Werbezwecke missbraucht werden könnten.

KI Analyse & API-Key Verarbeitung (BYOK)

Diese App analysiert Mahlzeiten auf Basis von benutzerdefinierten API-Schlüsseln (Bring Your Own Key).

Google Gemini (Standard): Der von Ihnen eingegebene API-Schlüssel wird sicher und verschlüsselt auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert. Fotos werden ausschließlich über die offizielle Google Gemini API zur Analyse gesendet.
OpenAI / Claude: Falls Sie GPT-4o oder Claude Models nutzen möchten, können Sie entsprechende Keys speichern. Auch diese verbleiben nur auf dem Gerät.

Serviços de IA de Terceiros

O App pode transmitir dados para serviços de IA para análise nutricional e geração de relatórios. **Isso requer uma chave API do usuário** e **consentimento explícito dentro do app**.

                    ⚠️ Consentimento Prévio: Antes de enviar dados, o app solicita permissão explícita do usuário.

                    ⚠️ Os dados enviados estão sujeitos às políticas de privacidade de cada fornecedor.

                    ⚠️ Você pode revogar o consentimento em **Ajustes > Gestão de Dados**.

Publicidade de terceiros (Google AdMob)

A versão gratuita do App usa serviços de publicidade de terceiros. Os usuários da Versão Pro não verão anúncios e nenhum dado relacionado a publicidade será coletado.

Dados coletados: Identificadores de publicidade (ADID, IDFA), cookies, dados de uso
Finalidade: Exibir anúncios, fornecer anúncios personalizados e medir o desempenho dos anúncios

                    💡 Versão Pro: Os usuários da Versão Pro não verão anúncios e nenhum dado relacionado a publicidade, incluindo identificadores de publicidade, é coletado ou transmitido.

                    💡 Escolha do usuário: Você pode gerenciar suas preferências de publicidade personalizada nas configurações do seu dispositivo (Android: Configurações > Google > Anúncios / iOS: Ajustes > Privacidade > Rastreamento).

Retenção e Exclusão de Dados

Todos os dados ficam no seu dispositivo até que você os apague ou desinstale o App. Desinstalar o App remove todos os dados. Você pode resetar tudo em Ajustes > Gestão de Dados.
