'디어램: 말씀과 위로 (DearLamb)' 팀(이하 "개발자")은 사용자의 소중한 정보를 최우선으로 생각합니다. 본 방침은 앱 이용 시 어떠한 정보가 어떻게 관리되는지 투명하게 안내합니다.
2. 데이터 보관 방식 (로컬 우선)
본 앱은 '로컬 전용(Local-only)' 구조를 채택하고 있습니다. 사용자가 입력한 모든 대화 기록, 기도문, 성경 구절 데이터는 오직 사용자의 기기 내부에만 암호화되어 저장됩니다. 개발자는 어떠한 방식으로도 사용자의 데이터를 수집하거나 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
3. AI 서비스 (Gemini API) 이용 및 데이터 전달
본 앱은 맞춤형 성경 메시지와 대화 기능을 위해 Google의 Gemini API를 사용합니다. 개인화된 위로와 정확한 성경 인용을 위해 아래 데이터가 Google로 전달됩니다:
- 사용자 호칭(이름): AI가 사용자를 친근하게 부르며 대화하기 위해 사용됩니다.
- 대화 내용 및 맥락: 현재의 고민에 공감하고 적절한 답변을 드리기 위해 입력한 메시지와 최근 대화 기록 일부가 전달됩니다.
- 선택한 성경 버전 및 언어: 사용자가 선호하는 성경 번역본(개역개정, NIV 등)으로 정확한 말씀을 인용하기 위해 전달됩니다.
- 기도 제목 및 초안: 기도를 대신 작성하거나 다듬기 위해 입력한 내용이 전달됩니다.
단, 사용자의 이메일, 연락처 등 고유한 개인식별정보는 앱에서 수집하지 않으므로 전달되지 않으며, 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 안전하게 암호화됩니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 위탁
개발자는 사용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하거나 위탁하지 않습니다. (Gemini API 이용을 제외한 일체의 데이터 흐름이 없습니다.)
5. 사용자의 권리
사용자는 언제든지 앱 내부의 [모든 데이터 초기화] 기능을 통해 기기에 저장된 모든 정보를 스스로 삭제할 수 있습니다.

We use Google's Gemini API to provide personalized biblical comfort and chat features. To ensure accurate context and scripture citations, the following data is transmitted to Google:
- User Nickname/Name: Used by the AI to address you personally during conversations.
- Conversation Context: Your messages and a brief history of recent exchanges to provide empathetic and relevant responses.
- Selected Bible Version and Language: Information about your preferred translation (e.g., NIV, KJV) to cite exact verses.
- Prayer Topics and Drafts: Content you provide for generating or refining soulful prayers.
We do not collect or transmit unique identifiers like your email or contact information. All communications are securely encrypted via HTTPS.
4. Third-Party Sharing
The Developer does not share or entrust your data to third parties, except for the necessary operation of the Gemini API.

Users can delete all data stored on their device at any time using the [Reset All Data] feature within the app settings.
